With over 15 years of experience in personal training, group fitness, and wellness coaching, Lauren has dedicated her career to helping others build stronger bodies, clearer minds, and more fulfilled lives.


As the founder of train-for-LiFE, Lauren combines her expertise with a passion for connection, creating innovative programs that meet the unique needs of busy, driven individuals. From her transformative 13 Weeks to Thriving program to her expansive on-demand library, Lauren has designed accessible tools for sustainable health.


Lauren’s work extends beyond fitness routines—she’s a pioneer in fostering meaningful connections. Over the years, she has hosted retreats across the U.S. and now offers local mini-retreats, providing accessible opportunities for transformation and community. For the past six years, she has curated these experiences with a focus on helping participants reconnect with themselves, rediscover their purpose, reignite their fire, and align with their goals.
