Holiday challenge ‘24

I am so excited to launch the 3rd Annual TFL Holiday Challenge and I want to personally invite you to the best 2 months of your year! :) I started this challenge because we know statistically the end of October-December is one of the most popular times of the year to put your workouts and goals on hold and become fully immersed in the holiday craziness.  This was never going to be an option for my virtual community and since starting this challenge in November of 2021, it has been highly successful and rewarding for all who have done it!
